Our luxury, family friendly 2020 Coachmen Chappral 367BH is perfect for family vacations and can be your new home away from home! It comes with modern laminate flooring, solid surface countertops, expansive windows, and a neutral color scheme to brighten the space. A warm fireplace and huge flat screen TV provide the perfect living area to relax in after a long day of fun. Movie theater recliners complete with heated massage seats offer relaxation everyone can enjoy! This fifth wheel is 43' long featuring five slide outs for ample space. There is a private queen bedroom with large dressers for storage space and a large smart TV for streaming. This upstairs bedroom also has its own full bathroom - the first of two in this immaculate unit. The bunkhouse Floorplan allows for a second bedroom located in the back of the camper with two twin bunks and a plush couch that folds into a full size bed. Attached to this bunk room is a second full bathroom with an exterior access door that let's this bathroom function as a mudroom for even the dirtiest of occasions. Our kitchen has a spacious kitchen island featuring a full size sink. A residential size refrigerator, microwave, oven, and three burner gas stove along with a convenient pantry space finish off this fully stocked kitchen. There are LED lights throughout the inside of the camper as well as Bluetooth or radio speakers and plenty of windows for natural light. Also, the camper includes 2 fully functioning air conditioning units as well as a propane furnace for colder nights. Outside, there is a 15' automatic extending awning for the perfect entertaining space. The outdoor space includes outdoor speakers, lights, and a convenient TV mount. There is a hot and cold water shower outside for particularly messy occasions. Near the back entrance door, there is an outdoor kitchen that includes a small fridge, sink, and propane hookup. The outdoor kitchen does NOT include a propane grill, but one can be included in our Outdoor Entertainment Package. There are also several outdoor storage compartments for extra space. A generator that fully powers the entire camper can be included at an extra daily charge. Delivery and setup is available upon request. We love pets; however, this camper is pet-free to cater to our renters who may have severe pet allergies. Any breach of our pet free policy will result in a forfeiture of the security deposit. The kitchen comes fully stocked with mixing bowls, pots, pans, plates, cups, bowls, cooking utensils, and grilling utensils. Toilet paper and one roll of paper towels will be supplied. Otherwise, please ensure all items used are cleaned and placed back in their designated places upon returning the camper to avoid an additional cleaning fee. We are located just outside of Newnan, Georgia and are at an optimal location for many scenic vacations. Chattahoochee Bend State Park and West Point Lake are within 30 minutes. If you need suggestions planning your trip, please feel free to reach out! No smoking near the camper. Please clean all kitchen supplies. If you have chosen to use our bedding and towels, please strip the beds and place all linens in provided hamper before returning. As always, please treat our camper as if it were your own.
