The Greystone Bunkhouse has 4 slide outs and is equipped with 1 full bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet, a second bathroom with a sink and toilet that is accessible from the outside. It also has 3 twin sized bunks beds, and a queen master bedroom. We have plush memory foam mattress toppers for all beds ! A fully equipped kitchen (Sink, stove, microwave, oven, refrigerator, and coffee maker. We have also set you up with all the dishes, outdoor chairs, towels, kitchen utensils and cleaning supplies. The 4 slide outs makes for a very comfortable living space inside and the awning makes the Georgia heat tolerable! There is an outdoor kitchen area with a small fridge and sink. This RV is Delivery Only. We will deliver, setup, and pickup within 50 miles of Montezuma, Ga. Some of the campgrounds include (but not limited to) Georgia National Fairgrounds in Perry, GA, Fair Harbor RV Park & Campground, Crossroads Travel RV Park, Twin Oaks RV Park, Whitewater Creek Park and Southern Trails RV Resort. NOTE: if the RV site does not have sewer and the tank overflows there is a $500 fee. Also, the RV takes 50 amp service. if the site only has 30, you will not be able to run all the appliances, AC etc. Pets: We welcome pets. (No cats please) There is a $15 per night pet fee. Please let us know if you are bringing your pet.
