Trailer is very clean. After every customer we Lysol everything in the trailer. This trailer is a light weight travel trailer with 2 small bunks for the kids, comfy dinette that makes in the bed and a murphy bed that allows you to have a full walk around queen mattress. This trailer is only 23feet full length with a comfortable upgraded suspension to tow easy. Please communicate weather you have experience towing or not. We added 160 watt solar to maintain the 2 6 volt batteries put on the trailer for increase dry camping time. Please provided your own blankets/sheets for the beds. We have provided few simple kitchen commodities. Please, bowls, pans, and silverware. We hope that you will be able to enjoy our trailer and make lots of good family memories! Happy Camping.
