OutWest RV Rentals Welcome to Your Home Away From Home **no festivals** We’re so glad you’re here! This luxury RV was designed to be your cozy, adventure-ready retreat—and we’ve outfitted it with all the comforts of home to help you relax and make lasting memories. Our unit is a luxury model designed for developed campground sites with hookups; it’s not ideal for off-grid or boondocking use. However, if no hookups are available and a generator is needed, a 50 amp generator can be added on. Absolutely no festivals. Sleeps 8 Comfortably • Private queen bedroom (mattress protector, pillows, linens, extra blankets provided) • Private loft with two twin mattresses (mattress protectors, no linens provided) • Two RV hide-a-bed sleeper sofas in the elevated sky-loft living area (no linens provided) Sky-Loft Great Room Our favorite feature is the unique, elevated “great room,” where you’ll enjoy a stunning 270° panoramic view through expansive windows. It’s the perfect space to unwind, watch movies, or gather for games. Living Area Features: • Two reclining theater seats • Two sleeper sofas • Cozy electric fireplace • TV, DVD player, and board games The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials in addition to a coffee maker, toaster, ice machine. Family & Pet Friendly (but not festival friendly….) Bring your whole crew—this RV is dog- and kid-friendly! (Limit: 2 dogs. Please vacuum any visible pet hair before return.) Extra amenities include a Tepui Camp Lounge set (2 chairs, a double wide chair, and a coffee table), and a folding table. Luxury unit with no onboard generator. 50 amp generator available for rent. Important Return & Rental Info (Have we mentioned our no festival policy?) • Tank Responsibilities: You are expected to empty the grey, black, and fresh water tanks before returning the RV. – Don’t want to worry about it? Select the Tank Emptying Add-On when booking. – If returned unemptied without the add-on, a $50.00 fee will be applied. • Delivery & Pickup: We offer delivery and pickup within our service area. Anderson hitch provided. – Have a special request? Message us and we’ll do our best to help! • Cleaning Policy: – A $75.00 non-refundable deep cleaning fee is automatically included. – We’ll handle washing all linens and any small touch-ups. – However, if the unit is returned excessively dirty, a $200.00 cleaning fee will apply. – Please return the RV in the condition you received it. • Strict No Smoking Policy: – Absolutely NO smoking inside the RV – A $1,000.00 fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking Thank you again for choosing OutWest RV Rentals.
