It has two tables, each of which can turn into a bed, comfortably providing sleeping arrangements for up to two adults plus one kid. The unit comes stocked with essentials, such as pots/pans, extra sleeping pads, and an 19" LCD TV. (Some might argue a TV is not essential; I’ll let you be the judge). It also has a front toolbox full of normal camping tools. You’ll feel like royalty (a king who really loves camping) with the Escape 17B’s A/C, a wet bath, 1,500 watt inverter, and a max-fan for off the grid camping. The interior is professionally finished with natural oak cabinetry, large windows, high-grade linoleum flooring and a unique insulated vinyl headliner/wall covering. This particular unit has the extra wall and floor season insulation package, making it an excellent choice for an off-season camper. Translation: you won’t have to worry so much about the temperature outside. With a dry weight of only 2,400 pounds, this has been designed specifically for mid-sized vehicles such as mini-vans, SUVs, and mid-sized trucks with a V6 engine or a minimum towing capacity of 3,500 pounds. The sleek, aerodynamic design of the Escape 17’ includes a low center of gravity for better road stability and low wind resistance or drag when in tow.
