21' BUMPER PULL-WANT TO TRY IT B4 BUYING??? Perfect for families and their furry friends! Sleeps 4 comfortably or 5 with small children. Pets under 25 lbs welcome! (1) Full size bed. (1) Slide-out dinette area with table that converts to a bed. (2) Rear bunk house with cot sized bunks. -Bedding provided for full beds. We suggest sleeping bags for the bunks since linens are not provided for these. -RV or SEPTIC safe toilet paper REQUIRED!!!! We DO provide this. -Dishes, pots, pans, cutlery provided for easy cooking. -Keurig single cup coffee machine (BYO KCups) with glass coffee mugs (vs. plastic). -Microwave is also a CONVECTION oven (for that crispy garlic bread or pizza). -For outside there is a outdoor rug, camp chairs, and a 13' power awning with patio lights. -Picnic table cloths for table top and seats with clips provided. -Camp size grill -TV and DVD player (and few DVDs) with Bluetooth for a rainy day or family fun night. -2 adult sized bikes and/or bike rack can be rented. See additional fees or ask for details. Solar panel and battery feeds refrigerator, USB ports, sound system, powered tongue jack. We do REQUIRE your tow vehicle to have ELECTRIC BRAKING PACKAGE and be rated for a minimum of 6000lbs! If you are unsure, ask us! Please let us know what YEAR MAKE and MODEL of vehicle you will be towing with. Towing is made simple with the 7' width the RV in your rear-view mirror and can turn at a snap. At 4,100 lbs EMPTY weight 5000 lbs LOADED weight, this RV can be towed easily by large SUVs and half-ton pickups but your tow vehicle must have electric trailer brake package. Stabilizer tow bars are provided. ALL TRAILER CONNECTIONS PROVIDED. Radiant foil wrapping on roof, heated tanks, and enclosed underbelly make this a true year-round camper. Generator available for additional fee. ASK me!!!! Cleaning is included in our base rate but excessive dirt/mud will result in additional cleaning fee. RV should be returned with the linens removed and left on the dinette for sanitizing. We have been grateful to have respectful renters and this has never been an issue. When self dumping (at an official dump site of course) please flush the lines thoroughly or a dump fee will be assessed (see ABOVE re: RV or septic safe tissue paper). All those other people in the dump station line will wait patiently and understand the wait process.
