Cozy A-Frame Camper - Sleeps 4, A/C, Delivery - RV rental near Kenosha, IL

RV overview

Meet our 2015 Rockwood A212HW, a high-wall A-frame that's easy to tow, quick to set up, and genuinely roomy inside. It sleeps four, has heat and A/C, and a full kitchen, so you can camp in comfort without wrestling a big trailer. Sleeping: the back has a queen bed (82" long x 60" wide), and the front dinette converts into a second bed (82" x 50"), long enough for tall adults. Headroom is 8'6" at the peak, 7' over the bed, and 6'6" at the dinette. I'm 6'2" and stand up straight everywhere in it, even with shoes on. Kitchen: double sink with hot and cold water, a 3-burner stove with push-button ignition (no matches), an oven, a microwave, and a 3-way fridge with a small freezer that runs on shore power, battery, or propane. The kitchen comes with some pots, pans, dishes, silverware, an electric griddle, hand towels, and all the basics. For packing: the oven fits a 12" frozen pizza, a 9x13 pan, or a 10" skillet (a 16" pizza won't fit), and counter space runs about 8 ft total. Climate: the under-bed Cool Cat unit gives you A/C in summer and heat-pump heat in mild weather, and the separate propane furnace takes over on cold nights. Two propane tanks, so you're not running out mid-trip. Towing: 2.4 lb dry (3.3 lb max loaded, 330 lb hitch weight). We include a ball mount with a 2" ball for self-tow renters, Wisconsin law requires a brake controller once the loaded trailer is over 3 lb, and we check self-tow setups before approving. Don't want to tow? We deliver and set up within 40 mi for a $100 flat fee. No built-in bathroom. Plan on campground bathhouses, like most A-frame camping. We'll point you to campgrounds with great ones. We camp in this camper ourselves, and we keep it clean, maintained, and ready to go. Non-smoking, and no pets please (family allergy, thank you for understanding). What's included: fresh linens, pillows, and bedding for 4; full kitchen kit; newspaper fire starter; camp chairs and entry doormat; outdoor RVQ gas grill and hot/cold outdoor shower; two propane tanks; two 25-ft 30-amp cords; 15A→30A and 50A→30A adapters; 25-ft fresh-water hose; ball mount; Trailer Valet dolly; leveling blocks and wheel chocks; gray-water tote. Good to know: we fill the 20-gallon fresh-water tank on request only, otherwise just connect the included hose at your site. Sink water drains to an exterior drain (no built-in gray tank), use the included bucket where ground discharge isn't allowed. The 6-gallon water heater runs on propane only, with about 30 minutes of recovery. 2-night minimum; 3 PM pickup, 11 AM return, with a walkthrough at handoff.
