RV overview

This spacious RV is perfect for your camping experience. It has two slide outs. One is for the living room area and the other is for the back bed room. At 35ft long you can really pile em in there, or just have tons of room for a simple get away. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with its own AC. It also has plenty of room for storage with 4 cabinets. The living room has a comfortable love seat and dining table that folds into a bed if needed. You can sit as many as 8-10 people at the table if needed. The kitchen area has marble countertops with a 2 compartment deep sink for easy dish cleaning. If you like to cook then you’re in luck. There’s a stove and oven for you to whip up your favorite gumbo or gravy! And after a long night you can always heat some up in the microwave. The fridge has plenty of room for all your tasty beverages and the freezer works great as well. When you’re ready for a warm shower make your way to the bathroom. Plenty of room there also! The shower is spacious, toilet comfortable, sink for brushing those chompers, and a mirror to remind yourself how beautiful you are! The back bedroom was remodeled for options. It has a bed to the left with an entertainment center underneath for the kiddos to watch cartoons. To the right(slide out) it can be used as either a closet or sleeping area as well. Outside has water for keeping those crocs clean. We ask that you please be considerate of those muddy stompers before entering. There’s also an outdoor kitchen area. On the back passenger side you’ll find a convenient area to cook/grill so you can leave that ole Smokey at home(more room for other essentials). There’s also a fridge outside for stashing those onions and bell peppers or whatever you choose. No need to worry about holding it as long as you can, there’s a second door for easy entry into the restroom, but be sure to knock so you don’t intrude on someone reminding themselves of how beautiful they are in the mirror! We also ask to please be considerate. Clean up after your pets, clean up after yourselves. We would love to rent this RV out to you for many years to come, if we work together we can both enjoy this luxurious home on wheels for a long time. We also ask that you provide blankets and sheets. We will provide fitted sheets only. We will also provide towels rags and toilet paper but it doesn’t hurt to bring a few extra just to be sure. Thanks for choosing us! God bless and party on!
