Gorgeous 5th wheel! Never smoked in! Only used a few times and always deep cleaned after. Only doing this because I hate seeing it sit! *Will fit in most 35 foot sites and some 30 foot sites. End to end its 42 feet. You're still responsible for payment if it doesn't fit in your site. It's up to your discretion* *4 huge slides *Double door fridge and freezer *Large shower with skylight *Porcelin toilet *Microwave *VERY large pantry *All led lights! *Two private bedrooms + additional upstairs loft!! *Outdoor kitchen with stove, sink, and fridge *Gas oven/stove *Upgraded dual central air conditioning units Ceiling fan *55 inch flat screen t.v. with cable provisions and swivel mount with sound bar and subwoofer. *Built in bluetooth radio with indoor/outdoor led speakers. *Power awning with LED lights *Outdoor shower with hot/cold water *Auto level system *Extra wide entry door *Leather seating with recliners *Large fireplace with electric heat *Memory Foam topper for guest room *Full memory foam mattress for master bedroom *Walk in closet in master bedroom *standard closet and drawers in guest room *Double stainless sink We bought this camper brand new last year and love it! We don't smoke or have any pets in it and we want it to stay that way. We MAY make exceptions for kittens or possibly smaller animals for an additional security deposit. But absolutely no smoking of any kind please. New to RV camping info: 1) Must have electricity hook up in order to operate some/all functions inside or a generator to do so 2) RV can house 80 gal. of freshwater to use for bathing or random needs or campsite can provide hookup 3) This RV doesn't have a generator onboard 4) Delivery fee is based on distance from RV storage location 5) RV includes some of the things needed. Trash can, smore sticks, etc. 6) RVShare rental insurance is a requirement throughout the duration of the trip You are responsible for your own linens and kitchen ware. We generally use disposable silverware, cups, and plates. As far as pots, pans, and cooking utensils go, they are limited. So please bring whatever you may use. There are ice trays and smoke sticks in the camper as well as a handful of spoons, forks, and knifes. There is also a vacumn in the unit and i expect it to be cleaned when picking up. I don't mind disinfecting things but expect it to be cleaned for the most part. Thank you!
