SLEEPS 9 Comes stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, sheets & toilet paper. There is a coffee maker and toaster as well. *Please bring your own blankets/pillows & towels. Private front bedroom with Queen bed sleeps 2. Rear double bed bunks sleep 4. Fold down dinette sits 4 sleeps 2 adults . Fold down couch sits 3 sleeps 1-2 adults. Kitchen with large fridge , microwave, 3 burner gas stovetop and oven. Inside shower. *Your camping site/lot Must be able to hold a 31 ft Camper prior to reserving it. Stereo inside and out with electric awning, 2 propane tanks, outdoor fridge & storage. -No smoking inside camper -No pets inside camper -Camper specific toilet paper must be used, we will supply *Delivery Day* We walk you through the trailer in person. You must be present to receive the keys (renter, person we have the contract with and no one else). Please be on time. *Pickup Day* Send us a text to confirm you are leaving, you can wait until we arrive to pickup or you can leave keys inside. We will only offer delivery for your stay to ensure the camper is setup correctly to prevent damages. If you wish to pickup the camper please send us a message to go over the requirements.
