Camping? Tailgating? Special Getaway? National Parks Exploration? Fall Color Tour? Outdoor Summer Wedding? or just RVing "Out West"? You can do this and much, much more with "Holly" - (that's her name). You'll have more room than you've ever expected with with 3 large slide-outs! An awesome living area with a fireplace, an exceptional kitchen, room for everyone to ride and then sleep comfortably, and unbelievable entertainment amenities - 4 HDTVs, DirecTV & Sirius XM, and Sony Blu-ray player with surround sound. "Holly" has the most essential accommodations - automated jack leveling system, water filter system, 1 & 1/2 baths, quick-connect to the on-board propane tank for a grill. The kitchen features a large full-sized double-door residential refrigerator w/ freezer drawer, a 3-burner stove and convection/microwave oven, a double sink, and lots of counter space. There's plenty of storage in the pantry and overhead cabinets. A spacious booth dinette and a living area with a very comfortable sofa sleeper; both provide (7) seat belts and both convert to beds. The half bathroom features a large vanity sink, overhead medicine cabinet, and a skylight. The toilet includes a water saver and sprayer. The bunkhouse provides two 28" x 73" bunk beds for the kids with each having their own flip-down DVD player/monitor that easily connects their favorite video gaming system via RCA port. The private bedroom area features a comfy king-sized bed with nightstands; a dresser with a storage wardrobe, and a HDTV, Blu-ray DVD player. The very back has a full bathroom with a large shower, a toilet, and an L-shaped vanity with sink, plus overhead linen storage. Outside you'll enjoy the outside entertainment center with a Sony 32" LED HDTV with a Bose DVD/CD player/radio with an integrated outdoor speaker system - all remote controlled, of course. The supplied “quick-connect” grill allows you to grill your favorite cut of steak, burgers, or dogs at your tailgate! The cockpit has full dash instrumentation, cruise control, 3 remote HD video cameras (rear, right, & left) integrated into the Sirius XM/AM/FM/CD/MP3 stereo display screen, air conditioning, dual fans; luxurious, multi-positional swivel & reclining (when parked) captain chairs w/ power positioning & lumbar support and 3-point seat belts for both driver & passenger. To insure your complete comfort, this coach boasts 7' ceilings! In the summer you'll be cooled by 2 roof-mounted A/C units w/ solar panels (with one A/C unit also capable of providing heat); and, in the fall you'll have heat from 2 LP furnaces, (both using dual zone temperature monitoring sensors), and a remote-controlled electric fireplace w/ blower. When you need a shower, we have you covered - 10 gallon LP / 110 volt water heater. Also, there are 3 roof-vented 3-speed fans w/ rain guards located in the kitchen and both bathrooms. other tank capacities: ○ Grey water tank = 58 gal. ○ Black/waste tank = 42 gal. ○ LP gas = 20 gal. Power station: You'll be able to plug into 50-amp or 30-amp service, or have access to the integrated gasoline 5,500kw Onan generator. For safety -- GFI circuit protection, smoke detector, CO detector, LP leak detector, fire extinguisher, dead bolt entry door lock, LED safety/hazard flashers, 1,000-lumen flashlight (2), and reflective safety vest. We'll provide the dishes (cups, bowls, plates), pots & pans, eating & cooking utensils; clean & sanitized linens, bedding, blankets, pillows, towels; cleaning supplies, dish soap, hand/liquid soap, first-aid kit, and even the toilet paper - you provide the "Remember when..." memories that'll last a lifetime. We want you to have the time of your life, so we have some accessories also available for rent. We Deliver! We’ll bring the RV to you or your campsite. NOTE: Delivery & Pick-Up service rates are based on location; you may add the service during checkout - however, the amount displayed/charged is an estimate; once we verify the logistics and other cost determining factors, we will notify you of the actual charge for the service. Tolls and fuel (gas) & mileage for motorhomes are not included in this service fee, just the labor.
