Renters must be 30 years old. DELIVERY ONLY! NO smoking of any kind! NO pets! No musical festivals (this includes faster horses) or fairs, this camper is for family camping only. I will deliver and set up camper and pickup camper with in 30 miles of my home for $200.00. There is also a $50.00 dump fee for emptying black/gray water tanks. Camper has all the cookware necessary for camping (pots, pans, crock pot, spatulas, bottle/wine openers, cozies, coffee maker, waffle maker, gas oven, 3 place gas range inside and toaster). You would just need silverware and paper products. Has an ice maker, mini fridge, 2 place gas range, mini sink and hot/cold water outside. Also has an outdoor shower. 2 - 20lb propane tanks. Sleeps 7-10 people. Queen bedroom (with newer 12" upgraded mattress), dinette folds down into camper Queen. Sofa folds down into a double and there is 2 double bunks as well (5 total beds). You'll need to bring your own bedding. You will receive camper in a very clean manner, please have it the same at pickup. Otherwise, the $50 cleaning fee will be charged.
