Enjoy the great outdoors with this well cared for camper! Complete with A/C and heat so you can take advantage of spring, summer and fall camping with your family and friends! 26 Ft Travel Trailer perfect for a weekend getaway or weeklong trip. Features a dinette and couch slide out for a spacious living area. Queen master in front with double his and hers wardrobe and under bed storage. Couch opens to double bed and dinette closes to a double bed as well. There are also 3 separate single bunks in the back. The bathroom features a tub shower with skylight. Entertainment center with indoor and outdoor speakers, 32in smart TV, AM/FM, CD. Our camper also has an inside 3 burner stove, fridge and freezer and a microwave. Unit has a large awning with exterior lights. We will provide, dish towels, pots, pans, silverware, utensils, plates, bowls, cups, toaster, coffee maker, & various paper products. Linens for the queen master will be provided at your request, free of charge. THEY WILL NOT BE PROVIDED UNLESS YOU REQUEST THEM. You are responsible to provide any remaining needed linens. If you choose delivery: Delivery & set up, pick up & tear down fee is $150 up to 30 miles distance from our location and an additional $3.50 per additional mile beyond the 30 miles. Delivery and pick up times are flexible within reason. You do need to be present for delivery and pick up. No delivery or pick up on the day of a Holiday. Holiday rentals, must be rented at least one day prior to the holiday and scheduled for pick up at least one day after the holiday. (Mother's day, Memorial day, Father's day, Fourth of July, Labor day) We DO NOT rent for MIS concerts or races. Please move on if you are looking for a party on wheels. We rent to families or couples who wish to enjoy a peaceful camping trip. This unit is a NO smoking, This unit is pet friendly for an additional $10 per day. Up to a maximum of 50 pounds please. There is a 2 night minimum for rental. We ask that you please refrain from using the awning if there is extreme wind or threatening weather. Also included: Horseshoes Bag Toss Game Small Table Towel Rack Cooler Small grill that uses 16oz propane tank (TANK NOT INCLUDED) Outdoor Camp Stove that uses 20lb propane tank (TANK NOT INCLUDED) Cards, puzzles, games Portable Inflator for all your beach toys: We want this to be an enjoyable experience for you. If there is anything we can do extra, please ask and we may be able to accommodate.
