All of our campers are covered by our Commercial Insurance policy. This will save you $$ when booking with us. If you are going to be towing the camper, we will work with you to obtain the proper insurance coverage either through your insurance provider or ours! We do not charge for things like linens, towels and propane. We have a $100 prep fee on all of our reservations to cover this. We do not believe in nickel and diming you. Our 2020 Coachmen is fit to sleep 8 to 10 people comfortably and with 1 large slide out there is ample space to move about or even enjoy TV/game time inside! It has a private room with queen bed, memory foam mattress for extra comfort, and plenty of storage. The rear bunkhouse has 3 single bunks and 2 foldout chairs so your kids or friends can enjoy their own space. The couch also folds into a bed and the dinning table can also be converted to a sleeping area. Enjoy our fully stocked kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, stove with 3 burners and oven, Keurig coffee maker, pots/pans, plates, bowls, eating utensils and cooking utensils. The bathroom has a shower/tub and is stocked with towels and toilet paper. You will love the outdoor speakers and bluetooth radio while you relax near your campfire or cook on the outdoor kitchen with mini fridge. The camper also has an outdoor shower, perfect for the sandy feet to be washed or to simply rinse your used pots and pans. On those colder nights enjoy your time warming up next to the Electric Fireplace and for the warmer days there is a Power Awning included for relaxing in the shade For transporting this rig, your truck or SUV would need an electronic brake controller. If your tow vehicle is not equipped with one, we can deliver. The trailer is almost 35 feet long and its hitch weight is 835 lbs. Please be sure to check the payload capacity of your vehicle. If you need help with this, please reach out to us prior to booking. You will be supplied with Weight Distribution Hitch (equalizer). We will walk you through this upon pick up. We will do our best to make sure you are confident pulling the camper down the road and if you are not. We do DELIVER! We do supply a few K Cups for the coffee maker but if you have a specific coffee you want. Please bring it with you. We do supply some extra sheets and blankets for your stay.
