All of our campers are covered by our Commercial Insurance policy. This will save you $$ when booking with us. We also do not believe in charging for things like towels, linens and propane usage. We have a $100 prep fee on our Campers to help supplement this but we will not nickel and dime you. The Coleman Lantern 285BH is a 2019 travel trailer model manufactured by Coleman, a well-known brand in the RV industry. This travel trailer has a length of 32 feet and can accommodate up to 10 people, making it a great option for families or larger groups. It features a spacious interior with a primary bedroom, bunk beds, a convertible dinette, and a sofa bed, as well as a full kitchen and bathroom. The camper comes fully stocked with linens, cooking essentials, bedding, coffee maker, and toaster- so you can enjoy camping with ease! For transporting this rig, your truck or SUV would need an electronic brake controller. If your tow vehicle is not equipped with one, we can deliver. The trailer is almost 35 feet long and its hitch weight is 630 lbs. Please be sure to check the payload capacity of your vehicle. If you need help with this, please reach out to us prior to booking. You will be supplied with Weight Distribution Hitch (equalizer). We will do our best to make sure you are confident pulling the camper down the road and if you are not. We do DELIVER! What's included with our Rentals: Bed Linens and Pillows Towels (bath, washcloth and hand) 2 Rolls of Paper Towels RV Toilet Paper Silverware/Plastic cups and plates Kitchen Utensils Pots/Pans and Cutting Board Ice Maker Keurig Coffee Maker Outdoor Rug Please note that we do not supply coffee creamer or sugar. We do supply a few K Cups for the coffee maker but if you have a specific coffee you want. Please bring it with you. We do supply some extra sheets and blankets for your stay. Delivery Rates $150 minimum / $5 mile - one way 60 mile max (special requests can be made) Delivery includes set up and tear down. Miles are based on one direction from Commerce Twp, MI Towing Requirements Verify tow vehicle is rated to pull weight of camper.
