As a Michigan based camper, we are very aware that winter is coming…. If you are interested in an escape to warmer weather, we are interested in helping to make your camping dream come true. From mid-November to mid-March a winterization fee may be added so that we can continue to keep the calendar open. We will also change to having a minimum rental of 7 days. Does your family need a get-out-of-town-or-we-are-going-to-go-completely-insane trip? Is it time to slow things down and reconnect with each other? Are you a snowbird looking for a new adventure? Camper curious and not ready to commit to owning your own? Then our 2020 Grand Design Imagine 2800BH is the perfect camper for you! Discover the freedom of the open road with Doodle & Dottie's Getaway Camper, a spacious and family-friendly travel trailer. This 1 bed / 1 bath unit is perfect for larger groups, offering a maximum sleep count of 10. It features 2 double bunk beds, a queen bed, and 2 convertible sofa beds, providing ample sleeping space for everyone. The shower is big enough for a 6'2" guy to shower comfortably. The 19 ft. awning provides ample outdoor space for shade and relaxation. AND there is a separate back door to the master bedroom, so if the bonfire goes a little later than the little ones parents can pretend to be young again and sneak in the back door without waking them! (Not that we know this from experience...) The electric/propane refrigerator and A/C unit ensure a comfortable environment. The water heater with electric and propane modes provides hot water on demand, adding to the convenience of this versatile travel trailer. The kitchen has almost everything you need and then some! (list of amenities to be added ASAP) The living room has a DVD player and the stereo is bluetooth capable. Oh, and the stereo can be connected to the outdoor speakers. (kinda nice for bonfire dance parties) On rainy days we like to "torture" our teenage children by making them watch "old" movies and the DVD stash is an eclectic mix. Master bed and bunks will be made with fresh linens. If you are planning to use the convertible spaces as well, we will provide those linens as well! There is an outdoor stove and fridge in addition to the indoor kitchen. PLEASE cook all stinky foods (bacon, fish, curry, etc.) outside as the smell is difficult to remove and will result in an added cleaning fee.
