This unit is 22.8 ft long, has a dry wt of 4069 lbs, a gross weight of 6000 lbs, and a 570 lb hitch weight. The Springdale sleeps a max of 6 (but is more comfy with 4 adults or 2 adults w/2-3 kids) with one queen bed, double bunks (each sleeps 1 lighter-weight adult or 2 smaller kids with upper bunk 150 lb max), and a fold-down dinette (wider than a twin, smaller than a full, sleeps 1 adult or 2 small kids). The RV has a 2-burner cooktop, a mid-sized RV refrigerator, microwave, BT speaker, storage space, a fully kitted kitchen, toaster, coffee pot, towels, and bedding. Additionally, this Springdale features an electrical power awning with LED lights. **The approved renter must be available at check-in and stay in the RV. YOU CANNOT BOOK FOR SOMEONE ELSE. NO EXCEPTIONS. *A separate 30-AMP generator is available upon request and for a fee. *One well-behaved and potty-trained dog up to 35 pounds (max) is welcome (WITH PRIOR APPROVAL) for a $50 non-refundable pet fee. Pets are NOT allowed on beds or furniture. Damages caused by pets will be charged to the renter. PLEASE SEND A PET INQUIRY & PICTURE BEFORE BOOKING *NO SMOKING is allowed in the RV. If there is any evidence of smoking upon return, a damage fee will be charged to the renter. *The gray and black tanks must be drained AND FLUSHED until water runs clear before returning. There is a $50 fee if all steps are not complete. *Tolls charged on the trailer's license plate will be charged to the renter. *Awning use is allowed, but do so with caution. Retract it when it’s windy or when you are not present at the RV. Any damages to the awning will be the renter's responsibility. *We provide ONE propane tank at least 1/2 full for no fee. Any additional propane needs are the renter's responsibility. *Renter must provide a 2-5/16th trailer ball hitch and 7-pin round connector if towing If you prefer to show up at your campsite with minimal setup, we offer delivery within approximately a 50-mile radius. Delivery is based on my availability. Please MESSAGE ME to ask about delivery before booking your reservation. We TRY to be flexible with pickup and drop-off times, but we cannot guarantee it. Often, we will not know until the day before your pickup or return. If you need to pick it up early or return it late, please contact us in advance. LATE RETURNS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED.
