Our beautiful Jayco 264BH is perfect for the seasoned camping family, a family new to camping, a couple looking for a nice "camping" adventure or someone who is in town for business and needs a comfortable, nice place to unwind. This unit comfortable sleeps 6 with the capacity to sleep 8. It features a semiprivate master bedroom with short queen bed with bunkhouse in the rear of the unit and has two full size bunk beds rated for 600lb capacity each. 4-seat dinette. There is also a comfortable 3 persons microfiber couch that jack knifes into a full-size bed. Bring the tv from the master bedroom and place on the jack outside and enjoy a movie at night under the stars. The only thing missing from this camper is you! It comes equipped with: - Kitchen, 3-burner stove, oven, microwave, large capacity fridge/freezer with ample storage. - AM/FM Bluetooth stereo for indoor/outdoor entertainment (dual zone). - 24” TV (master bedroom TV on quick release mount to bring outside, Wi-Fi not included). - 19’ power awning with LED lights. - Fresh Water hose/Pressure regulator. - 15’ Gray/Black water dumping hose and 15’ Sidewinder hose support. - Gray/Black Water flush hose. - Wheel chocks & leveling blocks. - 30 to 50 amp converter w/ Surge Protector. - RV grade toilet paper. - Fire extinguisher. - Emergency First Aid Kit (applicable fee of $25 applies if kit is used). - 8 piece Cooks Stainless Steel pots/pans (Indoor Use) - 4 piece Cooks Bakeware Set - Games! There is an professional cleaning fee of $850 if odor is detected. If you are a smoker, please be aware that all smoke odor can transfer from your clothing and personal belongings into the camper. If smoke odor is detected, the cleaning fee will apply regardless of where the smoking occurred. Renters will be completely responsible for any damage not covered by insurance. ✅ This unit is pet free (with few exceptions). If it is found that pets were inside (without prior knowledge/deposit), additional cleaning charges will apply. ☆ Need the camper 8+ nights? Let's chat! ♧ Festival Friendly - 3 day minimum rental @ $200 a night. Bedding, towels and pillows are not provided for outdoor festivals. It is the renters responsible to arrange RV water fill and waste pump through At Your Service which is on site at the festival. There will be a $75 fee if the rv waste is not dumped. GENERATOR NOT INCLUDED. **** Delivery or Pick up Available**** We offer a destination/delivery fee service so we will deliver and set up the camper so all you have to worry about is coming in to relax! Or if you have experience with an RV and know the ins and outs of setting it up, feel free to take it to your destination and save that delivery fee!
