Please note this RV is for ✅Delivery Only - ❌No Renter Pickup. *Please read full description* The large wall slide-out creates an extremely spacious interior. Kids love the bunk-bed set up and experience. Each bunk can fit 2 children/1 adult. Full tub/stand-up shower. Features an outdoor kitchen with additional refrigerator, as well as an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Central ducted A/C. Heater runs on propane. Sleeps up to 10 when dinette and couch are converted to beds. We've added blackout curtains in all sleeping areas for peaceful nights' sleep. Huge U-shape dinette can comfortably seat 6 full-size adults. Equipped with large electric awning to shade you from the sun on the hot days. Ready for partial/full hook-ups. This particular model is also manufactured for 4-season camping. Comes stocked with dishes, pans, utensils, grilling tools, toilet paper, first-aid kit, fire extinguishers and camping chairs. There is a 43 gallon fresh water hold tank to get you through where water hookups aren't available. *Please message me if you need the camper filled with water, otherwise it will be delivered dry* ***Respectfully absolutely NO SMOKING, VAPING, CIGARS in and around the camper. We have children with cardiac issues and tobacco residue of any kind is extremely harmful. A SUBSTANTIAL cleaning fee will be assessed if there are traces of any tobacco*** *Please message me if your delivery location is outside the set 140 mile radius, within reason. We can certainly accommodate on a case-by-case basis* Please note if winds are high during delivery time frame, delivery will be pushed back until it is safe to tow the camper. Delivery fee includes full set up at your site, all you need to do is show up with linens, towels, toiletries and other personal essentials! Linen sizes required: 1 Queen (King works as well), 2 Full (bunks), 2 Twin (if using dinette and couch beds) Winter months November-March: There may not be access to water use in the camper. When the weather gets to freezing temps, the camper is winterized and you will not be allowed to use the toilet, shower, and sink.
