Hello there! Thank you for considering our Memory Maker travel trailer for your next vacation! We have a 2021 Keystone Bullet Crossfire 1700BH available for your next family adventure! This easy tow camper has everything you need to make lasting memories with your family! *****We do not allow the RV to be stored or used at events/festivals/fairs/tracks.****** After each use we clean and disinfect the entire camper to ensure you have a clean start to your vacation! At the beginning of your stay you will find a basket filled with little treats to start your trip! It will be located inside the closet to the right of the entry door! Our Memory Maker includes: a queen sized bed, two bunk beds, and a dining table that turns into a bed! Overall you can sleep 5 people/children! **Bring your own Pillows/blankets/towels*** Towels/Pillows/blankets not provided. The Memory Maker also has a bathroom with a tub/shower, toilet, and sink. Just bring your own toiletries! There is a beautiful kitchen with an easy to use propane stove top, sink, refrigerator/freezer, and microwave. The kitchen has all the necessary items for cooking and cleaning! No need to bring plates, silverware, cooking utensils, spices, cups, or cleaning products! We got you covered! There is plenty of storage for food items and clothing items in the above storage cabinets throughout the camper. The dining table area has two bench seats with storage underneath. There is also a Bluetooth radio located above the dining area, that you can easily connect to your phone to have music! The Memory Maker has speakers on the outside of the camper that you can also use! There is a retractable awning for rainy days and outside lighting for late nights. This rental comes with the necessary tubing and hoses for grey and black water tanks. There is an electric plug included for sites with electric. We will also include the necessary tow hitch needed. (You must have a truck that is capable or towing this sized RV). Underneath the front storage of the camper there are folding chairs that you may use around the fire! There are some child friendly activities if you have children! Pick up time: 1pm Return time: 10am Renters are responsible for emptying grey and black water tanks at end of trip. A guided notebook will be located in the camper, if you need instructions on how to do this. Renters are responsible for taking all trash, food items and personal items out of the camper before returning. Renters must be of 25 years of age with valid drivers license. Renters are responsible for ensuring all camper items are put back in The Memory Maker before returning. (Any lost or broken items will come out of the damage fee at the end).
