Everyone will start each day feeling re-charged and ready to go after sleeping in their own beds, which include rear queen bed, front over cab queen bed, plus the sofa and the booth dinette can also transform into extra sleeping space. There is plenty of storage inside and out between the overhead cabinets, the wardrobes, and the exterior pass-through HUGE storage area. Sleeps up to 7, excellent for long weekends and destination vacations in this easy driving and comfortable RV. Plenty or room for everyone, while traveling and at your destination. The unit will include basic cooking utensils, a pot, a pan, tea kettle, silverware, paper-towels, 4 plates & bowls, 4 cups & mugs, dish soap, bathroom tissues, hand-soap, cutting boards, knifes, can opener, vegetable oil, salt, black pepper, trash cans, broom/dust pan. 4 camping chairs, an outside rug. Water hose, water filter, pressure regulator, tank dumping hoses. Ultimately, this unit will come with everything you need to enjoy a care-free RV'ing experience. We will provide all details upon request. This unit is offered by A5Z RV rentals Delivery charge will depend on distance to actual destination from owners business location. We take pride in providing you with a stress free experience and will give you a full walk through of the unit upon pickup or delivery. Unit will be cleaned and sanitized prior to each rental. We use ozone treatment prior to each rental. We ask that you return unit in a "broom clean" condition, take out the trash, and wipe down the toilet, to avoid extra cleaning charges, but leave detailed cleaning and sanitizing to us. Our recommendation when booking RV sites - please make sure to reserve 'full' hookups for ultimate experience. There is absolutely no smoking allowed inside the unit. Any hint of cigarette/vape/cigar will insure a professional cleaning fee of $300. This of course does not include wood campfire smoke. This unit is pet friendly, we allow (up to 2) dogs no more than 20lb for an additional $50 fee. Please note, that any damage caused by your pet is your responsibility, and will be deducted from your deposit. Please return unit with empty tanks (grey & black), or a $200 surcharge will be applied. Please use this unit as your home away from home, so it can be enjoyed by you and other guests.
