Hi! Here is the stuff I find important:) We are a family of two adults, two teens and a dog (your dog is welcome as long as they are well trained and never left alone). The RV can sleep our family very comfortably with room to squeeze in two more kids. There are two lap belts in the cab. There are two lap belts in the cabin. They are lap belts, not harnesses. Toilet is a C-Head composting toilet. Portable Generator available to run AC if you don’t have hook up. (The cab runs on solar but the solar can’t handle the AC). The propane tank is empty. We ask that renters use a camping stove and cook outside. We will provide the camping stove and some fuel (we ask that you replace the fuel if you use it) This means shower water will not be heated, which is typically not a problem in the warmer months Here are a lot of details:) Exterior: * Headlight bulbs -Halogens * LED running lights * LED turn Signal and Brake light bulbs * Bilstein shocks front and rear * New muffler * Rear bumper bracket to hold up a rear cargo platform. Strong enough for a table and tent. We have carried a small kayak on the back * Suspension airbags hold air and are easily inflated / deflated through a standard tire air pump fitting (typically 60 PSI) * Propane tank is rust free and in excellent condition. Solar system: * 2x 175 Watt Newpowa solar panels installed without penetrating the roof. * Battleborn battery * Inverter – AIMS 24 volt Pure Sine Inverter Charger, 2000 Watts Continuous Power Output, 6000 Watts Surge * Rating. Plenty for hair dryers and Keurig coffee maker. * 24-to-12volt DC-DC converter used to power the 12v lights, water pump etc. * Victron Solar charge controller SmartSolar MPPT 100/30 30 Amp charge controller * Aims Power REMOTELF Remote Switch with LCD Monitoring Screen * Batrium battery management system (BMS) Interior: * USB outlets above dinette and bed * All new upholstery throughout. * All interior bulbs are LEDs * New Kenwood Bluetooth receiver with Alexa connected to the four original factory speakers. (two in the cab * and two in the upper wall cabinets) * 110volt 4.4 cu ft Magic chef refrigerator freezer * Propane stove and oven work great but we don’t use them. We prefer to use a camp stove outside and ask that you do as well unless you are very experienced with lighting a pilot in a 20 yr old rv:) Plumbing * PEX plastic plumbing replaced all the old unsafe Polybutylene system. * Propane hot water tank works great but again…only if you are very experienced with lighting pilot in an rv * Bathroom sink and faucet, kitchen sink and faucet * C-HEAD composting toilet. Black water tank is dry, but still under the flooring. * Indoor and outdoor shower (dry shower) * vinyl flooring We can provide supplies if needed, just ask.
