At less than 3,950 lbs (6,000 lbs.GVWR), most medium-duty trucks and SUV’s will have no problem towing this unit. We have a very comfortable queen size Bamboo mattress for the main bedding area. Soft sheets and blankets are throughout the bedding areas. Sway bar system is included at no additional cost. Note: this travel trailer has an off grid package which makes the undercarriage clearance higher. This may affect your hitch compatibility, we can discuss further when you’re ready to rent. FULLY STOCKED AND READY TO GO: The travel trailer is well supplied with 8 plates, 4 cups, 4 coffee mugs, spoons, forks, knives, paper towel holders, a Keurig Coffee Maker, kitchen towels, Clorox Wipes, flashlights, ziplock storage bags for your left overs, 2 refrigerators (1 outdoor and 1 indoor with a freezer), 13,000 BTU air conditioner and heater, bluetooth stereo speakers (indoor and outdoor), 5 full size towels, clean and soft sheets and blankets, toilet paper, cutting board, bowls, disinfected mattress and common touch surfaces, microwave( great for late night popcorn or bagel bites), shower ( hot and cold water - 1 indoor and 1 cold water rinse outdoor), electric slide out to allow for significantly more walking space inside of the unit, full size sink in kitchen, USB/ electrical plug charging stations at all sleeping locations, couch, kitchen table that fits 4 adults comfortably, gas stove top- 2 burner, private bathroom with door(not just a curtain), toilet and sink, additional storage inside and outside of travel trailer for your personal items, 2 propane tanks, electric awning to provide shade, dish soap, hand soap, LED outdoor lights and garbage bags for kitchen garbage can. There is plenty of storage for your clothes, snacks, food, towels and toys. SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS: -1 very comfortable Queen Bamboo Memory Foam Mattress with clean and soft comforter and linens. Privacy curtain is provided for this area. Parents LOVE this area. -The kitchen table easily folds down and the dinette sitting area turns into a double bed sleeping area that can accommodate 2 young children or 1 adult. Clean and soft linens are available upon request for this area. -1 large and comfortable space for 1 adult or 2 young children to share. Clean and soft linens and comforter are provided. This area has double bunk. This area has its own window, curtain for privacy, light switch and charging outlets. Kids LOVE this area! WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BRING: Pillows, food and beverages, toiletries and spices to cook with. Don’t forget the S’mores. SAFETY: Tire pressure, Signal, Brake & Hazard Lights, Propane Tanks, Electric Awning, Electronic Slide Outs are all checked before every rental. The entire interior of the unit is completely cleaned with a bleach product, inspected and restocked prior to each rental. As a final step, the interior is sanitized with Lysol prior to the next rental. Your families safety is important to us. All linens provided are sanitized after each use.
