RV overview

Our RV is a 2019 Coleman Lantern travel trailer. It has a queen bed, a pullout sofa, table turns into bed, and a set of bunk beds. Sleeps 10. It has one slide out and an automatic awning. The mattress on the bunk beds is not very thick but our teenagers sleep on it just fine. We supply basic camping equipment such as pots, pans, silverware, tongs, spatula, serving dishes and toilet paper (single ply is needed for all RV's). Renters are responsible for bedding, towels, paper plates, plasticware, paper towels and any other supplies you may need. Bedding is available for an extra charge of 30$ per bed because we have to launder the bedding. We also have a camping grill (2 small propane tanks included), and an electric griddle as well as a toaster and coffee pot. Toasters draw a lot of energy so you may need to reset the breaker if using other appliances at the same time. This is a six year old camper so it has minor cosmetic ware. The heat, air conditioning, refrigerator, stove, hot water heater and microwave are all in excellent condition. There is a TV in the main area as well as the bedroom. There is a DVD player and blue tooth speaker as well so you can listen to music inside or outside. When we deliver we will set up and level the camper as well as hook up electric, water and toilet. If you are towing the camper please use the sway bars. Do not tow with the table up or the blinds down the table needs to be lowered, and the blinds need to be lifted, or they will be damaged during travel, and the renter will be responsible for replacements.
