Saturday and Sunday pick up and delivery can be any time. You do not need to be present for drop off or pick-up if you want to book an additional night so it can be there when you arrive. **Available for Delivery Only. No self-towing allowed. Must be within 50 Miles of 14228** (The site will tell you if it’s within 50 miles and then not let you book if it’s over. If you go to calculate a price and it won’t let you - chances are it exceeds the 50 Miles. Pet friendly and kid friendly camper! This is like a house on wheels! King bed/bedroom, Bunk house with wide single bunks and a couch with bunk above. The kitchen is just amazing! Peninsula counter with sink, theater seating in front of the fireplace, 4 seats at a table. Note: The upper bunk has a weight limit of 300lbs. This is perfect for a week away, company visiting, or getting wedding ready on-site! *Due to the length and weight of the trailer we have made it delivery only, within 50 miles of 14228* Please make sure your campsite or allotted space for it is at least 40 feet with space for 3 slide outs. Premium sites are typically required. When booking a campsite you will want: - 40’+ site size -Space for slide outs on driver and passenger side -50amp service if you want both A/Cs -30amp service for 1 A/C or heat. (spring, fall, winter) -Water connection -Sewer, if you don't want to conserve water use. If site does not have sewer, conservation of water may be required Typically "premium sites" have all needed amenities for power, sewer, water. Fully stocked with plastic plates and cups, cookware, travel mugs, coffee maker (bring k cup or grounds), air fryer/instapot/slow cooker, outside grill, toaster, microwave, stove, refrigerator. It has everything we need for 2 adults and 2 kids. We typically just pack clothes and food, and go! We’ll include garbage bags, dish soap, new sponge, 1 rolls of toilet paper/day , 1 paper towel roll, and hand soap. Fresh linens and beach towels included. Pillows included. 4 camping chairs. Dog bowls and tie outs. Dog crate available upon request, no charge. Outside dog fence available to set up for $75/trip. Personal WiFi available through Starlink for an additional fee (Requires us to set up and add data to our plan) Shower (ask in advance about baby pool insert for a bathtub hack) Basic cleaning essentials (Spray, Vaccuum) Bring the food, clothes, toothbrushes and you’re all set! We are completely kid and (non destructive) pet friendly. Main door has a screen guard so you don’t have to fear of your dog breaking through (assuming they’re not trying with all their might to break down the door!) We close the main door door handle on the screen to prevent kids from falling out the door. Delivery fee includes set up/take down, leveling, connecting lines, full review of camper and dumping. (Approximately an hour to set up). We can also leave the keys for you to enter at your convenience.
