All amenity fees are included in our pricing for our full kitchen, double slideout Solaire Palomino, purchased brand new in August of 2022. The trailer is 35 feet long. Features a private, slide-out bedroom with a king-size bed, 2 large closets, a dresser, and under-bed storage. The bathroom has an oversized walk-in shower (with seat), sink, toilet, and linen closet. The large, slide-out living area features 2 lazy boy chairs and a sofa (bed) that face each other, providing a nice area to gather for morning coffee or an evening drink. There is also a 40-inch smart TV above a gas fireplace that is perfect for days when the weather may not cooperate with your plans. The kitchen area has a table with 4 chairs, lots of storage, a refrigerator, a large sink, a stove with an oven, and comes with a toaster and coffee maker. There is an outdoor kitchen with a second refrigerator, sink, and a gas flat-top grill. No fee surprises! Our all-inclusive pricing includes: Set up/tear down Propane tanks (trailer) 2 propane tanks for the grill toaster pots and pans storage containers for leftovers cooking and grilling utensils Keurig with a starter pack of K-Cups toilet paper (who wants to forget that) large outdoor mat 4 camping chairs side tables food prep and food layout table No boondocking.
