Primary source for lights, refrigerator, freezer, awning, is by the solar panels affixed to the top of camper. Heating and AC will either be powered by plug-in or generator. Trailer can be pulled by a half ton rated vehicle! Impeccable Cleanliness: We take cleanliness seriously. Our RV is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before every rental, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for our guests. Easy Setup and Instruction: If you're new to RVing, don't worry! We'll provide you with a comprehensive orientation on how everything works, so you can feel confident and comfortable during your trip. What's included: • All Kitchen items for normal food prep. • Keurig with complimentary pods • utensils, plates and cleaning supplies, but paper products are suggested to allow for more ease and relaxation. • cleaned linens and towels. • two 20lb Propane tanks • two outdoor rugs • tie down ratchets Other things to note: -No smoking inside of the camper. -Pets allowed with associated fee. -Please allow for 1 hour at pick up to go through the full operation and options of the RV. -Tow vehicle must have Tow package WITH brake control or we will have to set up a trailer brake control module
