Inside, you’ll enjoy a spacious layout designed for both comfort and functionality. The master bedroom features a king bed, charging stations, nightstands, and overhead reading lights. The bathroom includes a large stand-up shower for added convenience. A separate bonus room offers a twin pull-out sofa and desk area, making it perfect for children, guests, or remote work. Above the bonus room is a loft area with two bunk mattresses that can accommodate up to four small children. The living room is ideal for relaxing after a day of adventure and includes a full sleeper sofa, reclining theater seating, fireplace, and TV/DVD player for movie nights. The kitchen offers plenty of counter space along with a dedicated coffee station for your morning coffee. It also features a residential refrigerator with ice maker, conventional microwave, three-burner range, and oven for preparing meals indoors. Whether you’re planning a beach getaway, camping trip, or family adventure, this RV is ready to help you make lasting memories. Please note: When booking your campsite, please ensure the site includes 50-amp electrical service and sewer hookups. Please provide your campsite location, site number, arrival time, and check-in/check-out times prior to your reservation. Pickup time is 9:30 AM to allow adequate time for proper cleaning and preparation for the next guests. No smoking, vaping, or drugs are permitted inside the RV or within 15 ft of the RV. Pets may be considered with prior approval. Please clean up after yourselves and report any damages immediately. Guests are responsible for following all campground hookup and campground rules.. Once the RV is parked and set up, it is not to be moved or towed from the site. Please only use the RV-safe toilet paper provided. Our camper is delivered and set up for ready use upon your arrival. Please retract the awning each night before bed and during strong winds or rain. Please also close the outdoor kitchen when not in use No climbing on the roof of the RV. One set of keys is provided at no charge. Lost keys will result in a $50 replacement fee. When adjusting the thermostat, please ensure it is set to electric mode to avoid excessive propane usage. Please remove all trash before departure and leave the RV in the same condition it was found. Additional cleaning fees may apply for excessive cleaning. When making campground reservations, please notify the campground that the RV will be delivered. We require the campground name and site number at least 3 days prior to arrival. We want you to enjoy your trip and make amazing memories! Evidence of smoking will result in a $500 cleaning fee charged to your deposit or credit card. Do not flush feminine products, baby wipes, paper towels, or any other items, as they can damage the septic system. Our camper is delivered and fully set up for ready use upon your arrival.
