This includes the additional fees that some campgrounds require for drop offs. Additionally, the renter is responsible for ensuring that RV share sites are authorized to drop off campers at their preferred campgrounds. The renter is responsible to ensure the reserved campsite is accommodating to the camper of this length and size. Contact me if you have any questions on this process. ** This is a 30 AMP camper with two roof mounted air conditioners. If you are not familiar with travel trailers, this may requiring securing additional loads in the heat of the summer when both A/Cs are desired (i.e. use the LP gas heater instead of electric). ** The camper must be returned in the same condition, to include cleanliness, or the additional cleaning fee may apply. You may also pay the cleaning fee to leave (in reasonable condition) and we'll do the cleaning for you! ** The camper is equipped with a ProPride WD hitch. Therefore, only those equipped to tow with a ProPride hitch may elect to tow the camper. ** Smoking in the camper will result in a minimum $1,000 cleaning, sanitization, O-Zone treatment, and replacement of vulnerable components charge.
