This is a terrific roomy unit, separate sleeping quarters with large open floor plan. Frequented areas: Busco Beach, Bob Martin Ag Center, Jim Hunt Horse Complex, 5K Arena, Kerr Lake SRA, Jordan Lake SRA, Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park™ at Daddy Joe's! Do you need an extra room for that large family gathering? This unit is perfect for those stays. Need office space to work in on-site? This is how we got into the RV rental business; we needed space to work while we finished building a home. Let us know if we can customize a stay for you. The possibilities are unlimited. You can pick it up at our place (no delivery charge) or remove all the challenges by having this unit delivered to a place of your choice (includes setup, hookup, take down, and return). Mileage quotes will be calculated for you. I have pre-listed delivery rates for popular locations). Just show up and enjoy, and then depart when you are ready. We'll take care of the rest, and do our best to accommodate any special requests. Will sleep 4 adults comfortably. Includes everything you will need to roll. Kitchen utensils, toaster, Keurig coffee machine, slow cooker, pots & pans. We are no longer supplying sheets/linens or towels. Please bring your own Queen size sheet sets, pillows, bath towels etc. If you need something not listed, just ask and we will work on it together. Pull-outs measure 42"x72" and queen master is 58 x 78. 115VAC, 30 Amp RV service required to operate the air conditioner. The electrical connector is for 30 Amp service. The AC unit will operate on a 20 Amp service at your home, you just can't use the microwave at the same time. Campground reservations/hook-ups are the responsibility of the renter. Unit is 30 feet long and back-in sites possible, pull-through sites are preferred. Slide-out is on the drivers side, and needs approximately 3 feet clearance.
