Our RV is large enough for the entire family to enjoy their own space, but small enough to drive safely. The Ford 450 V10 engine is powerful enough for any climb and it drives like a large van; easy to maneuver that makes the drive fun and stress free. (The vehicle has less than 2000 miles) The kitchen is gourmet friendly with a dual sink, 3 burner stove, microwave and a separate oven. You have all of the comforts of home with a generous refrigerator/freezer rounding out the kitchen amenities. Kitchen also includes pots, pans, plates, cups, cooking utensils, silverware and some basic spices. The large enclosed shower features a removable shower head and a privacy screen and can also be closed off to the rest of cabin along with the restroom and rear bedroom. The separate enclosed bedroom in the rear of the vehicle featuring a home quality pillow-top queen mattress. This bedroom has a TV with Roku . The stereo has indoor and outdoor speaker capabilities that can be independently controlled using the main stereo of through your mobile device (Jensen App Required) There are four beds in the RV that sleeps a total of 7: Queen bed in the back: 74" x 60" Extended Full bed over cab: 80" x 60" Full bed Dinette: 68" x 42" Sofa The main living space is finished in weathered teak with ample storage in Vermont Oak cabinets and Stone counters. There is an eat-in dinette, full sofa, two recliners and large TV with DVD player & Roku TV. The vehicle does come with Linens Towels Coffee Maker Kettle Camping Chairs Grilling Utensils Spices Family Games For an additional charge (see listing) there is also the option for a 4 bike rack and a collapsable BBQ grill. The slide out extends the kitchen and dining space out to 9 feet. Please note we don't allow smoking nor accept rentals with pets. The RV insurance specifically forbids renters from going on the roof, so please do not go on the RV's roof. We request that you don’t wash the vehicle. We maintain the fiberglass exterior with specific soaps and waxes. This RV is the perfect vehicle for camping trips, tailgating and even can serve as a luxury in-law suite for when family comes to visit. We rent only to families or couples. We will be happy to deliver the RV to you (for a fee), or have you meet us to pick-up. We are usually flexible with pick-up and drop off times. Here’s to your next adventure!
