Delivery Only to full hook campgrounds. Right in the heart of the Smokey Mountains around Pigeon Forge, Sevierville and Gatlinburg. I can only deliver and pick up on the weekends due to my full time job, or you can make arrangements for me to drop off or pick up late after 7pm through the week. This camper is extremely comfortable and very relaxing. Plenty of room and sleeping for 6. Large main bathroom as well as a half bath in the bunk room area. Not available for Bristol races. Our camper comes fully stocked with dishes, utensils, Keurig, fun games including large Jenga and linens for all 3 beds. Upgraded King size bed in master (super comfortable) Both bunks in rear are queens which are super comfortable as well and have been upgraded. All windows have blackout curtains. Dual awnings that stretch almost the full length of camper. Extra large refrigerator and freezer (residential size). Firestick TV in living room and smart TV in master. Electric fireplace below the TV Also, include a pair of zero gravity chairs for outside. For an additional charge, there is an outside kitchen with a mini fridge and Blackstone grill as well as a propane fire pit. A text will be sent with instructions once set up. At pick up we will empty and flush the tanks. You will need to take out the trash, sweep, wash dishes, leave all linens on the bed, put wet towels in shower & cut off the water.
