You will need to supply your own paper products, firewood, charcoal, etc. DELIVERY: $150 minimum fee (determined by mileage). 5 DAY MINIMUM on deliveries over 20 miles & 3 on holidays. We will level, stabilize, & connect all available hook ups. TOWING: By appointment only. Pick up location is given after booking. Towimg allowed up to 20 miles only. You will need a 7- way connector, 2 & 5/16" ball, and trailer brake controller. Trailer weight- DRY 5390lbs, GVWR 7000lbs.Must provide insurance card on towing vehicle. No towing out west OFF GRID CAMPING (No electric/water connection available at the campsite) : A generator is required to keep the battery charged. If you do not have one you can rent one of ours. Fresh water tank- 30gal, gray water tank -36gal, black tank- 36gal. The fridge can run on electric/propane. The stove, furnace, & hot water heater are propane. Portable Waste Tanks- Available upon request. Easily empty waste tanks into the portable tank when full and tow behind your car to the dump station without having to tow the camper.
