AMENITIES: 2 smart TVs with DVD, cd, antenna & cable, microwave, coffee maker, 3 burner gas stove & oven, propane/electric full size fridge, electric heater, indoor/outdoor radio, central heat/AC. INCLUDED: Linens, dishes, kettle, basic utensils, connection hoses/cords.. You will need to supply your own paper products, firewood, charcoal, etc. DELIVERY: $150 minimum fee (determined by mileage). 5 DAY MINIMUM on deliveries over 20 miles & 3- holidays. We will level, stabilize, & connect all available hook ups. TOWING: By appointment only. Pick up location is given after booking. You will need a 7- way connector, 2 & 5/16" ball, and trailer brake controller. Trailer weight- DRY 6370lbs, Hitch 664lbs, GVWR 8000lbs. Must provide insurance card on towing vehicle OFF GRID CAMPING (No electric/water connection available at the campsite) : A generator is required to keep the battery charged. If you do not have one you can rent one of ours. Fresh water tank- 51gal, gray water tank -74gal, black tank- 32gal. The fridge can run on electric/propane. The stove, furnace, & hot water heater are propane. AC runs on 30 amp electricity only. Lights & water pump run on battery.
