THE LOFT: Above the rear suite sits a cozy loft area, a favorite "secret hideout" for the kids! CHEF'S KITCHEN: Large island, residential 12V refrigerator, and a pantry big enough for a week’s worth of groceries. ENTERTAINMENT HUB: Relax in heated massage theatre seats directly across from the large LED TV and electric fireplace. ON-DEMAND COMFORT: Enjoy endless hot showers thanks to the tankless water heater and stay icy cool with dual 15,000 BTU A/C units. OUTDOOR LIVING: Two power awnings with LED lighting and an outdoor kitchen make for the ultimate campsite setup. Also, optional Blackstone is available for rent. WHAT'S INCLUDED? We want your trip to be stress-free so we provide everything you need to enjoy and operate the RV, including: - Basic cookware, plates, and utensils - Camping chairs and outdoor rug - Cleaning supplies, hand soap, dish soap - Toilet paper - Standard RV hookup essentials (hoses, filters, surge protectors, power adapters) Important Notes: TOWING: This is a large, heavy fifth wheel (14,000+ lbs). A 1-ton (3500 series) truck with a 5th wheel hitch is required if you are towing it yourself. DELIVERY: Don’t have a truck? No problem! We offer delivery, full setup, and pickup within a 250 mile radius so you can just show up and start relaxing. PET POLICY: Well-behaved dogs are welcome with prior approval! All of our RVs are clean and well-maintained. We will be available throughout your trip if you have any questions or any issues arise.
