Rent the #1 selling brand Forest River Artic Wolf Fifth Wheel camper! This camper houses a separate bunk room, 2 TVs, outdoor kitchen, 2 entries and 1.5 bathrooms! The master is located in the front and the bunk house in the rear so no worries if the kids want to stay up late and you don't! SLEEPING ARRANGMENTS: We allow the camper to sleep a max of 6, any more than that and it's a crowded camper. We DO NOT allow the table to be used for sleeping! BEDS: One SHORT queen bed in master Bunkhouse: two TOP bunks and one convertible RV sized couch. Bunk weight limit: 200 lbs. The bunk above the RV couch within the bunkroom is narrower and more appropriate for a small adult, teen or child, while the bunk above the TV is wider. When in doubt please message regarding sleeping arranagements. LINENS: Sheets and one blanket for each bunk and short Queen bed. Bathing: 4 towels and 4 beach towels, and wash cloths DELIVERY/ Set up: Delivery and set up is REQUIRED Delivery windows set the week of with specific time provided day before of day of delivery. Scenarios out of our control include traffic jams, accidents, etc. *Weekday deliveries and pick up not available before 530pm unless agreed upon prior to booking. Specific window of delivery time is confirmed the week of, with more specific time provided the day of. If you are more than 45 minutes late of the delivery window, we reserve the right to charge a small fee of our time. Kitchen stock: 4 cup coffee maker, 5 in 1 Cuisinart Countertop grill/griddle, Mickey Mouse waffle maker, 2 skillets, 1 iron skillet, griddle pan, colander, 6 plates, utensils, misc. gadgets, misc. coffee cups, wine and drinking glasses, and dish towels. Outdoor Kitchen: side by side fridge/freezer & sink One roll of paper towels, small pack napkins No Cooking seafood in the camper and no pets, no exceptions. BATHROOM: 1 bathroom with toilet and stand-up shower, and 1/2 bath with toilet and sink next to the bunk room and exterior entry. Bathrooms are supplied with toilet paper, hand soap and a basic first-aide kit is located in the 1/2 bath. *If possible before committing to "large deposits" consider utilizing the campground facilities for such deposits to prevent back-ups and loss of pride. *Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Flushing so called "flushable" wipes or make up wipes is prohibited. * Do not lay curling irons on top of the bathroom countertops without heat protection between the iron and the countertop. Unplug any unsupervised items. *Stand up shower appropriately sized for children and adults. We have worked hard to set the camper up to provide a relaxing experience for friends and families. This has included stocking the camper with many items so that you can leave some of the packing & worry to us. Camper includes two TVs one in living space and one in bunk house. Within the bunk house is DVDs and various games and balls for outdoor use. You are welcome to bring your own Wi-Fi or streaming sticks, please check with campground for Wi-Fi available. *No refunds for lack of TV reception or campground Wi-Fi. *camper is to be returned as it was found unless cleaning fee chosen. Note: the TVs, grill, chairs, games, towels, etc. are all extra convenience items and no refund is provided if they malfunction or are missing. We make every effort to ensure the unit is provided as listed and to notify renter if any item may be missing during the rental period. 2-night rentals accepted at rate of 180/ night+ per owner's discretion. Message for inquiries. Additional $50 fee if no dump station is on the campground property, and $25 fee if Electric site only is chosen due to time required to fill and dump camper water tanks. We try not to nickel and dime guest, but our time is valuable. Generator available for additional rental fee Decorating of camper for birthdays, anniversaries, etc. available at cost of items *HELPFUL HINTS when booking campgrounds: Full hook up sites are not required but HIGHLY recommended to ensure you have ample water supply and sewage storage. Full hook up especially recommended for large families or stays longer than 2-3 days. Camper is 36ft. long and 13ft. high with 2 slide-outs. This is a larger unit making it difficult to park in small lots or lots with a significant amount of trees that must be maneuvered around. Owner not responsible if site doesn't accommodate unit or unit and truck required for hauling. Please feel free to check with us prior to booking to confirm lot size and area is adequate.
