First off, thank you for taking the time to review my families' travel trailer. We wish it could be us going out every weekend, but as our two boys have gotten older it's just not possible. Now to the details, this is a 2015 Salem Cruise Lite 262BHXL by Forest River. It's an extra-large bunkhouse unit, which means the bunks at the back aren't just coffin sized! Not at all, they are something any member of your family can sleep in. You'll notice that we've added extra memory foam to increase comfort back there. The trailer has a large, 3 foot slide out that houses the dinette and a leather like couch. Both turn into reasonably comfortable beds best used for children less than 5 feet tall. In the master bedroom you'll find a new RV Queen mattress and plenty of storage both next to and under the bed. The kitchen is fully functional with an RV refrigerator that runs off either gas or electric power. Also built in is a very nice cooktop with 3 burners. Plus, a nice and deep sink with adjustable faucet head. Further down the way are large drawers and cabinets for food and clothing. The trailer comes ready with place settings for 4 including metal silverware, plastic plates, bowls and containers. We also include all the paper products you'll need such as towels, toilet paper and the like. The bathroom is perfect shape. A working and well cleaned toilet is available along with a full vanity. The shower/tub combo has a good shower head mounted to it. Finally, some of the best features are a very nice 32" LG TV included and extra cold air! We also leave a number of travel games, a few movies and other camping supplies on board for your use. Towing wise it couldn't be easier. YOU WILL NOT need your own hitch or brake controller! Shipping Weight 5870 Carrying Capacity 1650 Hitch: 690 Length: 30' 8" Height: 11' 1" Fresh Water: 43 Waste Water: 30 Gray Water: 60 Now, is the unit brand new and sparkling, no... it is a 5-year-old camper. But we've done our best to maintain the living spaces well. Known boo boos are a small hole in the outside slide-out and a small crack on one side of the sink. We also do not provide bedding or other linens, so please prepare for that. The rest of the unit is in perfect working condition. Finally, we do charge a small, 25 dollar, fee to each rental for our extra deep cleaning and consumables such as propane and tank treatments that we use. I think you'll find this to be very reasonable! This camper has been down the road and back again many times. We've loved using it and plan to take many trips ourselves this summer. We couldn't be happier though that we can share it with other families now through RVShare! I pride myself on going the extra mile for my renters too.
