Our camper is the perfect camper for any family size. From two people to 10 people. Sleeps 10-12 What all our camper offers? - A entertainment center in the bunk room with built in safety bars. It is to ensure the kids can’t fall off the bunks beds. -The Dinette folds down into a bed to sleep 2 adults or 3 kids. -The couch folds down into a bed also to sleep 2 adults or 3 kids (Four on style.) -The bunk room has 3 areas to sleep 1) A bunk bed up top that is enough for one kid or teenager 2) A top full size bunk that is big Enough to sleep 3 kids to 2 adults. 3) 2 folded chairs that fold out into a queen size bed! ( In this area a air mattress can be used) -In the master bedroom it is a king size bed with a mattress topper for full luxury sleeping. -We have an indoor fire place that keeps it heated very well.( You might have to turn off because it works so good!) -Good storage under table/ sink/ and cabinets. KITCHEN -SINK with a drying rack / faucet has a sprayer in it also -Plenty of counter space -Spice Rack included ( salt / pepper / garlic powder / onion powder/ chili powder -2 Drawers included( can opener /ziplock bags/ dish towels/ dish sponge) - Under the sink storage (extra garbage bags/ grocery bags/ cleaning supplies/ mop bottoms -Top Cabinets included (Plates/ coffee cups/ drinking cups/ knives/ kids serving trays/ kids plates) -Under the dinette in storage (Keurig/ kids serving trays/ cutting board/ big prep and serving platters/ cooking pots for stove) -Keurig (single pod coffee maker) -Nice size pantry to keep all your food - 2 refrigerators and one freezer One inside and one in the outdoor kitchen. The outdoor kitchen area fridge works AMAZING. -3 TVS total 1) Living Room 2) Back Bunk Room 3) Outdoor kitchen -There is a radio built into the front entertainment area that has indoor and outdoor speakers (You will need a aux cord to play off your device.) - Microwave -Propane Stove & Oven -Lights outdoor around the front and around the awning -Electric awning -Outdoor Kitchen What all it has - sink/ refrigerator/ cabinet/paper towel holder / a prep area that pulls out (PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS AS A CUTTING BOARD!!!! WE PROVID ONE IN THE MAIN KITCHEN AREA!!!) -Outdoor kitchen has a propane hook up line for any propane cooking device.) -The bathroom has a toilet/ sink/ a shower with a tub. -In the bathroom we provide 6 towels/ 2 hand towels/ hand soap/ toilet brush/ cleaning supplies - Two doors into the camper 1 at the front and 1 into the bathroom -We provide 2 DVD players and a bunch of DVDS - It has a fire extinguisher in it -We do provide the king size bedding. And sheets to cover the other sleeping areas. -We have a couple throw pillows and blankets. -We recommend bringing extra blankets for the other sleeping areas with pillows.
