Get out in the great outdoors in luxury. While you're sitting around the campfire, enjoy your music with the Marine Grade Exterior Speakers. Bluetooth sound bar built in, under the Smart TV. Instead of keeping ice in coolers to keep your favorite beverages cold, keep them in the mini fridge in the outdoor kitchen. Also with the outdoor kitchen, there is a gas grill, sink and TV. On the inside, you have a queen size pillow top bed (replaced the uncomfortable RV mattress) and a bunkhouse. There is a full kitchen with fridge, stove/oven and microwave. There is a Bunn coffee pot in the unit (you will need to supply our own coffee filters and coffee). Bathroom with its own entrance from the outside. A/C and heat. Smart TV in the main living area and much more. Bed linens, pillows and towels/wash clothes (bathroom and kitchen) will be provided. Some kitchen dishes and utilities will be provided. There is a $150 cleaning/set up fee.
