26’ KZ Sportsman with 2 bunks. Sleeps 5 adults comfortably, sleeps a max of 7. Queen bed at front, table converts to full size bed, lower full bunk, and upper bunk is a small twin bed. We have had many forced family fun weekends in this trailer. Great trailer for the family weekend outing or week long camping trip. 40 gallon water holding tank for washing all the grime, dirt, and poison ivy off from your hike in the woods! Propane stove and oven, but why cook indoors when you could be outdoors cooking over a blazing hot fire in the Midwest summer. Remember there is a 40 gallon holding tank for showers and a very cold A/C for cooling down. Water heater holding tank for a warm shower and this tank can run on both propane and electric. Just remember to turn off electric element before draining tank. You will need your own bedding and pillows (1 queen, 1 twin, 2 full beds) along with towels and toiletries. Supplies for the KZ Sportsmen Forced Family Fun Bunkhouse includes the following: Rope, mallet, stakes, tiki table torches, tablecloth holders, fire poker, welder gloves, misc. tools, log carrier, maul ax, pop up outdoor trashcan, outdoor rug, door mat, camping chairs (4), outdoor table, mountain man outdoor grill, hitch lock, coffee maker and filters, coffee mugs, plates and bowls, utensils (plastic and real), various pots and pans, various mixing bowls, cooking utensils, dish soap, and cleaning supplies. Holding tank tablets must be used in toilet, this was gone over in the walk through. Anything left in the trailer is for your use. Just remember to clean and leave things the way they were found. Hitch weight: 490 lbs. Empty trailer weight: 4,240 lbs. See delivery fee in notes area. Prepping Fee: KZ Sportsmen must be returned as clean as when picked up. Additional extensive charges will occur if returned in worse condition. Absolutely no smoking, no pets, and no frying food in the KZ Sportsmen. Additional extensive charges will occur if returned with the smell of smoke (other than campfire), wet dog, or fried foods in the KZ Sportsmen. Awning use is not allowed and will be locked during rental. Any tampering with awning or locks will cause damage deposit to be lost. A pop up awning will be available for use during rental. The replacement cost of the pop up awning is $200 compared to $2,000 for the replacement of the trailer awning. No going on the roof. No smoking, no pets, and no frying foods inside KZ Sportsmen.
