Our RV comes fully stocked with almost everything you could possibly need. (Even the kitchen sink) Including pots, pans, dishes, 5 cup coffee maker, griddle, 2 tv's, dvd player, 2 Roku's and we will even throw in some disposables such as paper plates, plastic wear, and cups. This makes clean up a breeze and more time to enjoy the great outdoors. Sleeping arrangements includes a queen in the back, the loft above the driver's cab that would sleep 2 adults, the dinette fits 2 small children and sofa folds down for additional sleep space as well. All bedding and pillows provided. (Feel free to bring your own as we all have our special pillow and blanket). Also included are bath towels, washcloths as well as kitchen towels and washcloths. (Bring your own beach towels if needed). Camping chairs, folding table, small propane grill, campfire tripod and roasting forks are all loaded up as well. Let us know if you would like corn hole or hillbilly golf. RV runs on regular gas and is easy to drive. Not too big not too small. Plenty of storage space inside and out. Outside shower hose for a quick rinse. 2 slide outs opens it all up to give more space for your family RV is fully gassed up and clean upon delivery or pickup. Please return clean, with a full tank of gas (this includes propane) and both black and grey tanks dumped. If not charges as follows: Fuel- (gas & propane) at cost + $60 Black and Grey tank-$65 Cleaning fee-$50 Smoking-any smell of cigarette smoke will be charged $100 fee Pets-any sign of pets will be charged $100 fee
