Air conditioning! Queen bed with doors for privacy, full size bunkbeds, fold out couch, dinette that folds down for sleeping. Bathroom with shower! Slide out that makes it so roomy!! Pickup and Drop Off times can be flexible, please inquire. Supplies -Four camp chairs -This rental includes utensils, basic cookware/dishes. - Master bed is a Queen, bunks are both Full. All are covered in allergen waterproof mattress protector (this is not a sheet please place your sheet over this) -RV toilet paper is supplied (2 rolls per rental) that must be used. If more is needed it is readily available at most campgrounds or grocery stores. Other notes -Weight distribution hitch comes with the rental. Tow vehicle must have 7 pins electric hook-up for lights and trailer brakes. Tow vehicle must be rated to tow the trailer (trailer is roughly 7500lbs not including your belongings). - NON-SMOKING UNIT –Deposit will be forfeited if you smoke in the trailer - Must be 25 or older to rent. Cleaning -Mandatory $75 cleaning fee upon return. All surfaces are disinfected and wiped down regardless of how it is returned. Excessive cleaning will incur a $50 an hour cleaning fee taken from the deposit. Please treat the trailer as if it were your own. -Black and grey waste tanks must be returned empty. A $75 fee will be assessed if I have to drain them.
