Comes set up for a family of 5, like us, to take out (or be delivered) so you can make some outdoor family memories. Or, we can take everything out so you can use your own things. It can fit more than 5, but it will start to get a little cramped. It comes with all you need inside and out. Outside there is a Blackstone Grill with a propane tank in the side storage for cooking with an outside mini fridge. It will have all the hoses and cables and safety gear needed for any trip. As well as fire-starter needs. There is a bike rack that can hold up to 4 bikes. Also included are 2 kids chairs, 1 baby chair and 2 adult chairs and a hammock. Inside there is a Murphy style bed that folds down from the couch, Queen size. A dining table with 2 bench seats that can convert to an extra bed (or open space for a baby bed). Kitchen sink with dishes and cookware ready to use in the cabinets and drawers. Bunk beds that are about the size of twin beds. Below that is open storage or a good spot for dog bed. Bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower. There is a TV with a Roku connected to is and extra HDMI port for other uses. CD, Radio and bluetooth player inside. Bluetooth marine speakers outside. There can also be a propane fire pit added if camping in burn ban areas. If camping without electric hook-ups, a generator can be used that will be supplied and a fee. We are happy to supply linen, towels and snacks for small fees. I'm also very happy to deliver and pick up as that would be less liability and issues for you so you can just show up and relax; but if you're comfortable with towing you can pick it up and go!
