Delivered and set up at the campground of your choice. Fully stocked. No hidden fees. No extra work. Literally just show up and enjoy your trip. 50amp preferred. I will deliver and setup only, you took off work for a reason so please let me take care of: towing/gas, parking, leveling, all hook-ups (water, electric, sewer and TV) No fee for propane use. No restocking fee. No gray/black tank emptying fee. Stocked items include: Sheets, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, paper plates, cups, plastic utensils, various pots and pans, various cooking utensils, K-cup coffee maker, assorted coffee K-cups, assorted tea bags, non-dairy creamer, sugar, toaster, ice maker. Please bring your own pillows. Bring your sleeping bags too if you have them, you're "camping!" If you have any special requests please let me know. Camper Features: - Large bathroom with radius shower. - Separate master bedroom with queen bed, designated A/C and Roku TV. - Large customizable bunkhouse* with gamer chairs and 2 bunks. 1 or both gamer chairs can be removed to fit your pack- n-play or portable crib for infants or even a large blow-up mattress. - Large, spacious living room with sofa, 2 recliners, TV and electric fireplace. - Center island kitchen layout with double sink, oven, 3 burner stove and microwave. - Breakfast bar counter top. - Outdoor entertainment area has a fridge, TV, burner top, sink and swing out grill. * The bunk house bunk beds are designed for children given the weight capacities, however, it can work for some adults but we do not recommend it.
