Mileage & Generator Usage: Mileage: 100 Miles free a day. Additional miles start at $.75/ per mile. EX: A 10-day trip gets 1000 free miles, the remainder mileage is billed at $0.75 per mile. Mileage to be estimated for round trip, paid before leaving and adjusted when unit is returned. Its charged as a separate fee to the card on file or deducted from the security/damage deposit. Generator: 2 free hrs per day; additional use at $3.00/hr or unlimited for $30 day prepay. Propane: You are responsible to refill the propane before return Gasoline: You are responsible to refill the gas tank before return Occupancy: Rental price covers RV only - no guests included. Cozy Package required per guest for complete comfort amenities (linens, towels, toiletries, kitchen essentials, etc.). Guests are welcome to bring their own cozy extras. Security Deposit: $1,000 standard authorization hold. Higher deposits ($1,000-$5,000) may apply for large groups, festivals, or special events. In rare cases, deposits are captured and returned after rental completion; most are authorization holds released upon safe return. Pet Policy: Dog-friendly rentals require a fee per dog (max 2). Pets must be approved or you forfeit your security deposit. Festival Bookings: Festivals/large groups have different rules, pricing, and deposits. Contact us before booking. No Smoking, vaping, or marijuana. Violations forfeit your security deposit. Mattress Protection: If you select NO COZY and soil our mattress pads, a $250 cleaning fee applies. Any stains: $50 per protector. Awning Use: Awning misuse (left out in rain/wind, rolled wrong) forfeits your full deposit. If unsure, do not use. Dinette Policy: Converting dinettes to beds is prohibited unless we set it up for you before arrival; it must remain that way during your stay. No shoes on carpet. $250 cleaning fee for violations. Toilet Use: Only RV toilet paper and waste may be flushed. Any other items forfeit your security deposit. Customer Pick-Up: Arrive between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM on your start day. Return by 11:00 AM on checkout day. Only Priority Check-In/Check-Out guarantees exact times; otherwise, delivery/pick-up occurs within these windows. Special Requests: Ask for extras (fridge stocking, essentials, games, etc.). Fees apply. Required Services: Sewer & Water: If no hookups, pre-pay for water fill/tank dump or toilets will be sealed. Removing tape = $200 fee. Propane: One full 20 lb. tank included. Extra tanks $20 each ($30 for 30 lb.). Generator: Follow provided instructions. Never add gas to propane-only generators or remove tape. Violations forfeit your deposit. Add the Cozy Package for best experience. Review all specs and policies before booking.
