Can sleep 6 adults very comfortably or 8-10 if a mix of adults and children. Nice higher ceiling (tallest I believe so far was a 6'4" gentleman and he had plenty of head room). She is fully stocked with everything you need to make your camping experience cozy and relaxing! DELIVERY AVAILABLE (including setup/tear down) for a one-time of $150. *** I will charge $2.00/mi for any mileage over 30mi. Please request a quote for a delivery that is 30 miles beyond my location. ***** For anyone requesting to tow it, you must have a capable, properly equipped, 1/2-ton truck or better (3/4 ton preferred) w/ 7-pin connector and experience towing something of this size ***** No additional addon fees for amenities (please see additional info below for a list of items that are included with the rental). Rig comes with towels, linens, blankets, washable and disposable dinnerware, a few camping chairs, outdoor rug, small picnic table, CGI outdoor cook station, Keurig Duo w/ complementary assorted K-cup pods, electric griddle, toaster, pots/pans, mixing bowls, cooking/measuring utensils, marshmallow roasting sticks, mesh tabletop food tents, picnic table cloths w/ holders, 40" TV/living area, 24" Fire TV/master bedroom, cable TV hookups, TV antenna, Bluetooth radio w/ indoor and outdoor speakers, curved shower curtain rod, air compressor, 2 portable generators, jerry cans. Rig has 50 amp service (extension cord and adapters onboard if needed), 15,000 BTU air conditioner, 30,000 BTU heater, 21 foot power awning with LED lighting.
