Storage is both outside and under the master bed. It is equipped with electric leveling jacks. Upon rental return, the unit is to be as clean as it was when it was rented, all Black and Grey tanks emptied and flushed, clean water emptied and propane refilled. Black, Grey and clean tanks can be emptied by owner for an addition $50 charge.
