We have endured the deafening highway rattles from cheap materials and the frustration of flimsy cabinets and a hard, uncomfortable mattress. A high-end experience should be comfortable and effortless. As travel lovers who appreciate true comfort and genuine luxury, we knew there had to be a better way. Our search led us to the Airstream Atlas. It was the definitive answer to all those frustrations and a vehicle that finally delivered on the promise. But the vehicle was just the beginning. We took it a step further, building it into the five-star mobile suite we always wanted to rent. We specifically selected the Atlas for its smooth drive and quieter interior, then added our favorite luxury accommodations and creature comforts to elevate the experience. IMMACULATE SUITE (NO SMOKING). This is our most important rule. We are a strict non-smoking/vaping (of any kind) vehicle. This policy is non-negotiable and includes tobacco, cannabis, and all vape products. A minimum $1,500 fee will be assessed if this policy is violated, as it requires a deep professional cleaning of all upholstery and surfaces. Please help us keep the suite pristine. 2. ON-ROAD TRAVEL ONLY. The Atlas is a luxury touring coach, not an off-road vehicle. Travel is restricted to smooth roads only. No off-roading, or unmaintained dirt/forest roads is permitted at any time. This protects the coach and its sensitive underbody systems. 3. FESTIVALS, EVENTS & TRAVEL PLANS. We love that our suite is used for special getaways! All festivals (e.g., Coachella, Stagecoach), large gatherings, or major event tailgates must be pre-approved prior to booking. Travel to Burning Man is strictly prohibited. 4. PETS (BY APPROVAL ONLY). We understand pets are family. A single, small (under 40 lbs), well-behaved dog may be permitted with our express pre-approval and a non-refundable pet fee. Please discuss this with us before booking. 5. POWER AWNING USE. The power awning is a fantastic luxury, but it is your responsibility. It is sensitive to weather and must be fully retracted any time you are away from the suite, at night, or in windy or rainy conditions. Awning damage is costly and will be billed from the security deposit. 6. FUEL & RETURN. Please return the suite with a full tank of DIESEL. As part of your Concierge & Prep Fee, we handle the final septic tank dumping for you! We simply ask that you return the suite tidy, with all personal items removed and trash disposed of. 7. DRIVERS & GUESTS. All drivers must be 25 years of age or older and be fully approved on the Outdoorsy platform. This suite is a luxury coach designed to sleep two (2) adults. The listed nightly rate is for two guests. No additional overnight guests are permitted.
