Outside: This unit has a large 450, 10-cylinder, gasoline engine for plenty of power for going over steep mountain passes and towing. Brand new tires, brakes, 55-gallon gas tank, 20.2 gallon propane tank, electrical outlets inside/outside. One 36” slider broadening the interior use space for comfortable camping. The unit has a new external 14 ft. awning, providing shelter from sun and rain. Brand new tires, and brakes, low mileage of 35,000. The interior is sparkling clean, like new. All bedding, sheets, towels sterilized before every trip. There is a 40-gallon freshwater tank on board and a 10-gallon hot water heater. Built in electrical indicators show gas, water and generator usage. You should have a great trip with this outstanding motorhome. Anything else you need can be provided upon request. Late May 2024, we spent over $8,000 completely restoring the exterior of this unit and is showroom quality in and out. Absolutely fabulous. Propane gas heat and electric A/C powered by either electrical hook ups or the units large gas generator. The unit features hook ups to electrical, as well as water for campsite camping. Hoses and electrical cords included (3 different plugs for amperage). Fully stocked with dishes, silverware, pots, pans, and skillets. Large refrigerator/freezer. Electric skillet, cups, glasses, pizza pan, ice trays, 10 cup coffee maker, coffee fully stocked, toaster, sheets, blankets, pillows, towels, wash cloths. Blow Dryer. Outdoor wearable 1000 lumen headlamps for hiking. Both front and back 4” hitch receivers for towing. The master bedroom has overhead cabinets and closets for plenty of storage, plus bi-folding door for privacy. Large flat screen TV, which includes a DVD player. Two stereos that produce interior and exterior music. Unit has a rear camera. USB and HDMI charger. Plenty of exterior storage space. Two large coolers (optional). Tabletop propane BBQ grill. Two zero gravity outdoor recliners and 2 folding chairs (optional). Large waterproof outdoor rug. Back up camera. Don’t be fooled by the age of the motorhome, it is beautiful.
