Sleeps 7 if there are 2 people on each bed (Bunk Beds, Dinette & Master). Trailer must come back as clean as it left. Currently, it comes equipped with the following:- Bedding & pillows for the bunk beds and king in the master - Toilet paper (you will need to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, etc.) - Cleaning supplies for dishes and minor spills - Few pots and pans for cooking & cooking utensils - Paper plates, plastic spoons, knives, and forks - Pack of 10 leveling blocks - Fresh water hose. - RV drinking water hose - Water tank filler with shutoff valve - RV Water pressure regulator - Hitch and Ball available for $5 a day. Other things to note Lightweight trailer, under 5,500 lbs dry weight with a high weight of just 570lbs! Towing vehicle must be rated for at least 7,600 GVWR. We do not include a generator. So if you are planning on boondocking, you will not be able to use the electric fireplace, microwave, AC, and outlets. We include one 100w solar panel. We do allow pets, however there is a $75 non-refundable fee that you must add at the time of your booking. If the camper comes back damaged in any way, the security deposit is forfeit. Please, no smoking.
